It varies from a short time to twelve weeks or more in some career path candidate searches. We can customize our process and service levels for special situations.

Q. How are candidates qualified?

We screen candidates through multiple search steps including: employment history, education, key skill requirements, salary history, and their committed interest in your specific opportunity. In the end, you will determine which candidate is the best overall fit for your needs.

Q. What happens if the candidate hired does not work out?

Every client receives a guarantee when hiring a candidate through the RL Harmon Group. The length of the guarantee is based on the circumstances of the vacancy and the service level chosen.

Q. How much will it cost?

The investment the employer makes is determined by the service level they choose and the salary range of each vacancy. Employer investment will be determined upfront and can be either a fixed fee or a percentage rate of the candidate’s base salary.

Q. Can employers convert the service level to another form if our circumstances change?

We understand that circumstances can change. We deal with this issue on a case by case basis. Our goal is to work with employers in overcoming all the recruiting process hurdles.
